The Health Visiting Service, part of the Universal Healthy Child Programme, provides essential support to families with children from pregnancy to the start of school. As part of Manx Care's efforts to optimize healthcare services, the timetable for baby reviews has been revised. While most reviews will remain unchanged, the seven to nine month review will now take place at one year, starting from 1 March. This adjustment aims to enhance child development assessments and parenting support, ensuring the best possible start for your baby. Key services like health checks and parenting guidance will continue to be available, with the new schedule focusing on targeted interventions and family-centered care.
